A 17-year-old Chipley teen has been arrested on two counts of lewd and lascivious behavior. And the suspect is no stranger to Washington County's criminal justice system.
Besides the sex related charges, Eric Brown also faces a violation of probation on a battery charge.
Authorities have not released many details concerning the alleged crime, but Sheriff Fred Peel said the new accusations identified five victims ranging in age from 12 to 16.
Authorities said additional arrests are expected.
In the fall of 2000, then 14-years old, Eric Brown was one of four students involved in the sexual battery of a female student at Chipley High School.
Brown eventually pled to a misdemeanor battery charge.
Currently, Brown is being held without bond.
His arraignment is scheduled for next month in Chipley.
