Bond Denied for Coffee County Woman Charged in Robbery

Bond has been denied for a Coffee County woman accused in a botched robbery and shootout with Dothan police.

19-year-old Teona Sterling of New Brockton woman is charged with robbery, kidnapping and attempted murder.

Prosecutors say she was driving the getaway car when Andrevis Davis opened fire on two patrol officers while trying to rob a convenience store in March.

The officers were treated and released.

Davis is still in a hospital and Sterling is still behind bars.
