Bond Denied, Woman Charged with Murder and Child Endangerment

Bond was denied Friday morning for the woman accused of running over a man at a Dothan grocery store.

24-year-old Tabitha Farmer was first charged with murder after she allegedly ran into 60-year-old Larry Downing with her SUV January 2007.

The accident happened at the Southern Family Market on Main Street.

Police later added an additional charge of child endangerment, claiming Farmer had marijuana in her system and her two-year-old in the car at the time of the accident.

A trial date has not been set.
