Shortly after 7 p.m. Wednesday, undercover officers attempted to stop a man suspected of peddling drugs. But the man sped off and the chase began.
After several minutes of following the suspect through a number of Dothan streets, the officers were able to maneuver and "sandwich" the car on Highway 52.
After arresting the suspect, officers searched the area and found several bags of marijuana they believe were tossed from the car during the chase.
Officers also conducted a thorough search of the car. However, they declined to comment on what was found.
