2013 Atlantic Tropical Season Review: Hurricane Ingrid

The next named storm in the 2013 Atlantic Hurricane season also became a hurricane in September, and this one would make landfall.

Hurricane Ingrid, along with tropical storm Manuel in the pacific brought drenching rains and wind to Mexico from both sides from through mid-September of 2013.

Those rains produced damaging mudslides, forced tens of thousands to evacuate and was responsible for dozens of deaths overall.

Ingrid finally lost tropical characteristics on September the 17th.
