1 Dead After Montgomery, Alabama Shooting

MONTGOMERY, Ala. (AP) -- Police are investigating a shooting in Montgomery that left one man dead. WSFA-TV reports that police and medics responded Tuesday to the shooting at an apartment complex in
Montgomery.

Authorities say the victim was later pronounced dead. No further information was immediately released. Police say the death was the city's 30th murder of 2011.
