Coffee County Veteran Award

Coffee County Commission Chairman, Tom Grimsley, presented a long time public servant with a plaque of appreciation.

Robert Lolley retires as Coffee County’s Veteran's Affairs officer at the end of this week.

It's a position he's held over the last quarter-century. He held several other positions with the county.

Lolley says it’s been an honor to help Wiregrass service men and women with their benefit requests from the federal government.

Until a permanent replacement is named, Veteran’s Affairs personnel from Dothan will fill the void in Coffee County.
