Beginning Monday morning, those used to traveling on south Beverlye Road in Dothan, between Prevatt and Oppert Roads, will need to find another route.

The area will be closed so Houston County road crews can install drainage pipes.

The project, which is a part of Dothan and Houston County’s "Intersection Improvement Project," is only expected to take two days.

Motorists are asked to use extreme caution when driving in this area.

City and county officials say the intersection improvement projects will continue over the next several months.
