Dothan City Commission Meeting

Tonight at the Dothan city commission, officials will be discussing a number of issues concerning you in Dothan.

One item on the list is the discussion of changing the commission's regular meeting times to be held biweekly on Tuesday at 10 am starting in June.

They will be naming the park located on Campbellton Highway.

The commission will also be accepting the deed for the Old Howell School Building.

They will be relocating three of the city's polling places, Districts 1-A, 1-B and 5-B. That change will be effective for the election on July 14th, 2009.

Again the city commission meeting is tonight at 5:30 in the commission chambers at the Dothan Civic Center.

The public is invited to attend.

    i donot think the city commission should pass this bill about animals having to be licensed by owners, due to people will be turning vicious animals lose on the street and could attack at our local bus stops, or anywhere. then who is going to sue who? i think you should reconsider this decision, big time
