Free tai chi seminars will be offered at the Dothan Cultural Arts Center throughout the month of October.
Tai chi is a method of relaxation that originated from martial arts. It promotes relaxation, circulation, strength, and balance and is recommended for those who struggle to exercise.
The class will be offered every Wednesday morning from 7:30 to 8:30.
