The attorney for the four children of Robert Blake's wife may hope jury selection in their wrongful death suit against the actor goes more smoothly today.
During day one of the process, Eric Dubin remarked, "This is a tough crowd.'
That came after a number of prospective panelists told him the suit had no merit and Bonny Lee Bakley's children should leave the actor alone.
Blake was acquitted earlier this year of murdering Bakley.
Several prospective jurors said they felt Blake was being subjected to double jeopardy, being tried twice for the same crime.
One man, though, said the law allows for a criminal and civil trial, so he had no problem with it. But he also revealed he thinks Blake should have been convicted of murder.
