Sniper Hunger Strike

Sniper John Muhammad is eating again. His attorney says Muhammad ate two meals this past weekend.

Muhammad had refused to eat after he was transferred last Monday to the jail in Montgomery County, Maryland. On Thursday, a judge ruled the county could force-feed him, if necessary.

Muhammad has already been sentenced to death in a Virginia case and Lee Malvo, his accomplice, is serving a life sentence in another Virginia killing.

They face charges in six killings in Maryland during the 2002 Washington-area sniper attacks.
