Average Price of Regular Gas Rises Seven Cents in Two Weeks

UNDATED, Ala. (AP) - The national average price of a gallon of gasoline has climbed by seven cents over the last two weeks.

The latest Lundberg Survey says the average price of self-serve regular is $3.26 a gallon today.

According to AAA Alabama, the statewide average price for regular is $3.19 a gallon. Midgrade fuel is $3.41 while premium costs $3.51. Diesel is $3.92 a gallon

Of the Alabama cities surveyed, the cheapest price is found in Montgomery, where a gallon of regular cost $3.16, on average. The highest average price was found in Mobile at $3.22 a gallon.
