A convicted sex offender facing kidnapping charges in the abduction of two Idaho children is expected to appear in court today.
Joseph Duncan is due at a probable cause hearing.
Duncan is being held in the alleged kidnapping of Dylan and Shasta Groene. They were declared missing in May after police found the beaten bodies of their mother, her boyfriend and the children's older brother in their home.
Prosecutors say Duncan will be charged with those deaths.
Eight-year-old Shasta was spotted earlier this month in a restaurant with Duncan, who was arrested. Nine-year old Dylan was found dead at a remote campsite in western Montana last week.
