Forty-three-year-old Stanley Caudill of Clayhatchee is charged with rape and sexual abuse.
Police said the victims were 16 and 17 years old when the crimes were committed about a year ago.
Investigators only recently learned about the attacks.
Caudill's bond has been set at $40,000.
