Police in South Georgia are working with agencies in Alabama and Florida in a string of armed robberies.
Police say that on Aug. 1, businesses in both Dothan and Panama City, Florida, were hit by three men matching the descriptions of those who robbed a loan company in Cordele,
Georgia, on July 14 and struck a business in Valdosta, Georgia, on Thursday.
A few hours after the July 14 robbery, three men matching the same description robbed a Tifton, Georgia, business.
The day before, the robbers are believed to have held up a Tifton motel.
The men are suspected in robberies up and down the east coast over the past several weeks.
