Alabama police found a dead body inside a vehicle, after a high speed chase.
Drug officers in Mobile say they began following an SUV on Interstate 65 this morning. The short chase ended after the SUV with South Carolina license plates crashed. That's when police found the body of Jermaine Procter.
Procter was also the owner of the SUV. The driver, Carl Sutherland, and passenger Jonathan Campbell - both from Greenville, South Carolina - are charged with murder. It appears that Procter had been dead for a number of days.
