Evangelist David Roever Visits the Wiregrass

Texas native David Roever has worked with the Billy Graham Ministries and has spoken at religious rallies around the world.

More than 500 people came to hear Roever's message at the Coffee County Farm Center in New Brockton. In 1969 while serving with the navy in Vietnam, Roever was disfigured after being burned over 80 percent of his body by a phosphorous grenade. Roever says it's time for America to support troops serving in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Roever recently returned from a series of rallies with U.S. forces there. He plans to go back to those war-torn countries this summer.
