WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (AP) -- Police say a woman was struck by a stray bullet and three teens were shot a short time later during Fourth of July celebrations in West Palm Beach.
Police spokesman Allen Ortman says the 40-year-old woman was shot in the chest at Coleman Park about 10 p.m. Wednesday as she celebrated with her family.
The teens were shot about an hour later two blocks away.
The Palm Beach Post reports the woman was taken to St. Mary's Medical Center. Ortman says she's expected to recover.
Ortman says the teens were shot in their legs.
At least two were taken to the hospital.
Police say the teens were shooting fireworks when two other teens shot at them.
Police are searching for the suspects.
