A Michael Jackson defense witness is telling jurors she saw no sign that the accuser's family was in fear, or being held prisoner.
The orthodontist testified about a visit to her office by the accuser, his brother, sister and mother during the time the family was staying at Jackson's Neverland ranch. She said the family was alone, but gave no hint that anything was amiss.
Her testimony is meant to counter claims by the alleged victim's mother, who had said the dental visit was an effort to escape Jackson's Neverland ranch.
The orthodontist did say the accuser behaved poorly during the visit. She said he went through her office drawers, forcing her to throw away several sterilized items.
