A Florida judge is giving the state's Department of Children and Families until Monday to release its reports on alleged abuse concerning Terri Schiavo.

The brain-damaged woman died last month following years of legal fights between her husband and her parents.

The department has nine reports summarizing 89 complaints of abuse from 2001 to 2004. All of the complaints were deemed to be unfounded.

Thursday a judge ruled in favor of news media organizations wanting to examine the reports.

The decision, though, does not cover about 30 calls to the state's abuse hot line in Schiavo's final weeks.
