A Seminole County eighth-grader is facing expulsion but no criminal charges.
The names of 13 students have been found in the Forest City boy's journal under the heading "Kill List."
The Teague Middle schooler had told police that the kids on his list had been bad-mouthing him. He says he wrote it last fall and is now friends with some of the students he named. He says he had no intention of harming anyone.
Parents of students on the list have been notified. The names were found when the assistant principal confronted the boy after hearing he might have a cigarette lighter.
He is serving a ten-day suspension, and school officials are recommending expulsion.
