Demolition Old Buildings in Geneva

The Geneva City Council is ready for phase two of a demolition project.

More than one-dozen homes and businesses are slated to be torn down.

The property owner pays only a small percentage of the cost.

The lionshare is paid through federal dollars.

Applications are now being accepted for phase three.

Property owners interested in getting a building or house removed should go to the clerk's office at Geneva City Gall during normal business hours.
