Sniper Confession

Sources tell The Washington Post that John Lee Malvo admits to firing the shot that wounded a boy outside a Bowie, Maryland, middle school Oct. 7.

He also has admitted being the triggerman in the killing of an FBI worker in Falls Church, Virginia, and the fatal shooting of a bus driver in Montgomery County, Maryland.

Malvo underwent seven hours of questioning last week. Malvo's attorneys are blasting authorities for questioning the teen without his lawyer or guardian present.

The 17-year-old Malvo and 41-year-old John Muhammad are each charged with capital murder in the September shooting death of an Alabama liquor store employee in Montgomery. A co-worker wounded in the attack survived.
