Los Angeles District Attorney Steve Cooley says jurors who acquitted actor Robert Blake of murder are "incredibly stupid."
He says Blake is "guilty as sin" and is "a miserable human being."
One juror says the comments are a case of "sour grapes." He says prosecutors didn't have a "good case" and depended on witnesses "who weren't truthful."
Blake was acquitted last week of first-degree murder in the May 2001 killing of his wife, Bonny Lee Bakley. She was found shot while in a car outside a restaurant where the couple had dined.
Blake's attorney says Cooley's attack on jurors is inappropriate and "small-minded."
