Michael Jackson was on time, and he was smiling, as he arrived at court Tuesday for another day of testimony in his molestation trial.

Jackson moved slowly from his SUV to the court, escorted by family and employees.

He appears far better than Monday, when he arrived a few minutes late, disheveled and appearing pained.

Monday, the trial got off to a late start, with a doctor in scrubs on hand in the courtroom, and Jackson trembling and weeping at the counsel table. A spokeswoman says Jackson has been suffering severe back pain.

Tuesday’s first witness in the molestation trial is a comedian who tried to help the accuser and his family as the boy was treated for cancer.
