Bomb Squad Called To New Brockton Mobile Home

The Dothan Bomb Squad was called to detonate a booby-trap, which is believed to be targeted for law enforcement in rural Coffee County.

A light-bulb filled with explosive liquid was taped to the back door of a mobile home located on County Road 515, just outside of New Brockton.

Wednesday, authorities were looking to question the homeowner in regard to a burglary case, but no one was inside.

Thursday, Coffee County Sheriff's Narcotics' Investigator Neal Bradley saw the light bulb through a window.

At this time, authorities are looking to question the homeowner and several others that may have information on the explosive device.

I believe that this was very uncalled for. The homeowner should be imprisoned for along time. They have no respect for themselves or others. It has been told that the homeowners are in floridia.
