Steve Haun was boating with four friends who then reported him missing in a boating accident Oct. 8. That was a day before a scheduled court appearance.
Indiana state police have arrested Haun's girlfriend, Tammy K. Daggett, at her home in Greenfield, Indiana. She told investigators Haun recently returned to Florida with the help of family members.
Daggett is awaiting transfer to Florida on a charge of committing a lewd and lascivious act and Haun is accused of exposing himself to two young girls in Bay County.
