A judge gave Terri Schiavo's husband permission to remove the brain-damaged woman's feeding tube in three weeks.
The ruling replaced a stay on removal of the tube, a stay that would have expired at 5 p.m. Friday afternoon.
Pinellas Circuit Court Judge George Greer issued the order two days after her parents asked the court to block their son-in-law from ordering doctors to remove the feeding tube.
The tube keeps the 41-year-old woman alive.
The judge's latest order gives Michael Schiavo permission at 1 p.m. March 18 to order the tube removed.
