Man Accused of Threatening Cottonwood Area Arrested

A suspect who made terrorist threats against Cottonwood area and school arrested Saturday morning.

Police say they received a tip that 23-year-old Steven James Price was on Granger Street.

He was not armed at the time of the arrest.

Just seconds after Price was spotted, a house on the same street he was seen on went up in flames.

Investigators believe Price may have been hiding out in the abandoned house that caught on fire.

Because of the possible the connection between the house fire and Price, the Houston County Sheriff's office will conduct the fire investigation.

Price was being held in the Houston County Jail with no bond.
