Northside Wal-Mart Robbery

Dothan Police are searching for several suspects who they say robbed and assaulted a couple as they came out of the Northside Wal-Mart, Tuesday night.

Police say at about 6 pm Tuesday night, three men approached a man and his girlfriend as they exited Wal-Mart and headed for their car.

The suspects demanded the couple's wallet and money.

Reportedly, the suspects stole about 400 dollars, assaulted the boyfriend, and fled.

The boyfriend suffered minor injuries.

Dothan Police Chief John Powell reminds everyone to take extra precautions when shopping this holiday season.

If you have any information about the crime at the Northside Wal-Mart call Dothan Police at 615-3000

im the girlfriend, and no one really did much to help us find out anything about the robbery or the suspects. We didnt see much of their faces, but come to find out people other than ourselves know more about our own robbery, dothan is rediculous. They really should put more cops everywhere. It took them 5 minutes just to get to walmart after we called 911.
