A new website is available to help college-bound students with everything from how to fill out financial aid applications to what courses to take while still in high school.
The new Web site is sponsored by the Alabama Student Loan Program. The site allows students to compare grades and test scores with the admission requirements of Alabama colleges. The site also offers a detailed calendar of what steps students should take from middle school through high school to get into college.
The site offers comparisons of colleges and questionnaires to help narrow a college search.
The site also includes links to the free application for student aid, Web-based tours of campuses and online applications to a variety of schools.
The new Web site can be found at www.Alabamamentor.org .
