A Wisconsin hospital is blaming a faulty fridge for ruining nearly 1,900 doses of flu vaccine, the second time in a month the facility has had to dump hundreds of doses.
A hospital official says the egg-based vaccine spoiled after a refrigerator broke down.
More than 1,000 patients and hospital workers who got the bad doses will get revaccinated.
Last month, the hospital had to dump more than 2,200 shots that were mixed in with a delivery of computer parts and not refrigerated.
