Deutsche Bank was heavily damaged in the attack. The bank has been keeping recovery workers out of the building while waiting for test results on potentially deadly contaminants inside.

Rescue crews found the remains of about a dozen people in two other neighboring buildings last week. Officials believe the bank could contain more.
A fire department spokesman said they would probably be the last remains recovered from the attack.
