Time Warner and the justice department have reached a settlement over allegations of accounting fraud at the company's AOL division.

It requires Time Warner to pay $210 million.

The company also proposed a settlement with the Securities and Exchange Commission in which it would pay $300 million to settle other accounting issues.

Time Warner is the parent company of CNN.
