Elvis Presley's name and image could soon be more aggressively marketed.

That's the expectation of the only child of the king of rock 'n' roll, Lisa Marie Presley, following an agreement to change the management of Elvis' Graceland estate.

The founder of promoter SFX Entertainment says he plans to purchase 85 percent of the assets of Elvis Presley Enterprises. The company is the business arm of the estate, which was inherited by Lisa Marie Presley.

Under the agreement, Lisa Marie Presley gets to keep the house, and the more than 13 acres it sits on. She also will keep most of her father's "personal effects."

The new partnership will handle Graceland's tourist business and control trademark rights to Presley's name and likeness.

Graceland attracts more than 650,000 visitors a year.
