Police Hunting Marianna Bank Robber

Northwest Florida authorities are on the lookout for a suspect they say robbed a Marianna bank Thursday morning.

About 11:30 a-m, police say the suspect approached the teller at the Bank of Jackson County and demanded money.

The man reportedly threatened the teller and gestured with his hand that he had a gun in his jacket.

The suspect got away with an undisclosed amount of cash.

He's described as a white male with black brown hair, about 5-feet- 6 inches tall with a thin to medium build.

He was last seen wearing a black baseball cap, black shorts, and a dark gray hooded sweat jacket.

Police believe the suspect may have left the area in a vehicle.
