Two Arrested After Traffic Stop

Abbeville police arrested two suspects Wednesday during a traffic stop.

36-year-old Peter John Stecenko of Phenix City, Alabama was taken into custody and charged with a felony count of receiving stolen property 1st degree.

Passenger, 28-yr old Alisha Ann Stecenko of Smiths, Alabama was charged with a felony count of unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

A license plate check of the vehicle revealed it was stolen out of Mobile, Alabama.

Both Stecenkos have outstanding warrants with Ozark Police Department while Peter John Stecenko is also wanted with Muscogee County, Georgia.

Both subjects are being held without bond in the Henry County Jail.

Further charges may be made.

    Wow, what a mom I have. It's sad. But, I wouldn't be who I am today and have what I have if you weren't so stupid and gave your own kidZ to a wonderful family!!!! That's the only thing I will ever love you for! God guided me and Cody to the right places along with my right side of the family that truly cares and loves us like you should! You didn't do it!
