Four Arrested In Connection With Okaloosa Island Stabbing

Four people have been arrested in Okaloosa County in connection with the stabbing of a Destin man.

19-year-old Kristopher Pursley is charged with aggravated battery and aggravated assault.

Investigators say Pursley intentionally cut 18-year-old Dante Quinn in the throat with a box cutter-style knife during a fight.

Authorities also arrested Christopher Bedsole and charged him with being a principle to aggravated battery.

23-year-old Christopher Langford of DeFuniak Springs was also arrested and charged with tampering with evidence and criminal mischief.

A fourth person, 22-year-old Sean Wassner of Fort Walton Beach is charged with accessory after the fact to aggravated battery and resisting an officer without violence.

Investigators say the stabbing took place outside a home on Okaloosa Island where Quinn and some friends had gathered to watch movies.

Authorities say Quinn is expected to survive.
