This week marks the official start of the campaign against world hunger and the Wiregrass Area Food Bank is gearing up to meet the local challenges of feeding the hungry.
Orange ribbons will be the symbol for this special campaign.
They will indicate the agencies, business and individuals who have signed on to help fight hunger.
Items delivered to the food bank will be shared with other local non-profit organizations that are also helping with the campaign to beat world hunger.
