Another curbside recycling program is being explored for the city of Dothan.
Tuesday, city commissioners voted to approve a pilot program.
The 6-month pilot program will survive depending on resident participation.
Residents will be surveyed to gauge their interest in participating.
An earlier recycling program ended in 2004 after participation steadily declined.
The city is estimating that about 25 percent or about 6,250 residents will participate.
