A man who escaped custody at the Houston County Courthouse moments after a jury convicted him of robbery was sentenced to more than 100 years in prison yesterday.
21-year-old Cordall Fitzgerald Poke of Dothan was finally caught after almost five days on the run.
Jurors convicted him last month on three felony counts of armed robbery.
Thursday morning, Judge Ed Jackson sentenced Poke to 40 years on each count.
Those sentences will run consecutively.
Poke is still facing charges related to his escape.
