New Brockton Demolition

Over the last two years, more than 30 dilapidated structures have been torn down in central Coffee County.

New Brockton officials announced phase four of the demolition grant.

City residents have the opportunity to get their old home or eyesore structural removed from their property.

The land owner pays only 10 percent of the overall cost.

The work includes both demolition and removal of the debris.

A New Brockton resident can have their building removed by signing-up at the town clerk's office during normal business hours.
