the heat in "Hell's Kitchen."
Danny Veltri was named the winner Thursday of the popular
television cooking competition show, which stars chef Gordon
To be named the show's winner, Veltri trumped Paula DaSilva, a
chef from South Florida. The self-proclaimed "culinary prodigy"
also beat out a handful of other hopefuls in the show's fifth
As the winner of the competition, Veltri will take on the post
of executive chef at the Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa in Atlantic
City, along with a $250,000 salary.
