ATLANTA(AP) -- The state has unveiled its new website featuring access to 115 state agencies.

Gov. Nathan Deal said Friday that is the no. 1 way that Georgians interact with state government. It includes an easier to use search function and a blog that highlights noteworthy happenings in state government.

The website draws an average of 1.2 million page views each month. It is the first state portal in the country to be powered by Drupal, a content management system that runs the White House and U.S. House of Representatives websites.

Deal said the state will save $4.6 million a year by moving to the new system.
