UGA president to hold open forum with students

ATHENS, Ga. (AP) -- University of Georgia President Michael Adams will hold an open forum for students next month.

Adams will host his "Open Mic with Mike" forum April 3 at 6 p.m. at the Tate Student Center on campus. The forum is a chance for students to talk with Adams about issues facing the university, including state budget cuts, tuition hikes and reductions to the HOPE scholarship.

The forum is open to the public, but only students can ask questions of Adams.

The event is sponsored by the UGA student government association.
