Surveillance Video Reveals Details of School Assault


Neotha Fedd was sentenced to 20 years in prison followed by 15 years probation on charges of beating a teacher at Seminole County Elementary School.

The confrontation began when 2nd grade teacher Dr. Louise Royal asked Fedd to wait at the front office before school began.

Surveillance footage from May of 2013 shows Fedd pushing Royal to the ground, kicking and beating her, dragging her by her hair, and striking her with a broomstick.

Royal sustained injuries including two major blood clots to the brain, dental damage, a broken jaw, and loss of eyesight.
