Seminole Co. Schools Put On "Parent University"

Parents in Seminole County are going back to school.

The Seminole County School System is putting on "Parent University".

It's four sessions covering topics like helping with homework, Common Core Performance Standards and the Career Readiness Performance Index.

The sessions will be on July 20th in the Pre-K building reading lab at the north campus annex.

The sessions start at 8:30 a.m. They're 30 minutes each.

Breakfast will be provided, and participants will be entered into a drawing for school supplies.
