One of the suspects in the hazing death of a Florida A & M University band member won't be allowed to leave jail anytime soon.
A judge denied bond for 23-year-old Caleb Jackson today.
That's because he's already on probation for a previous battery charge.
Jackson attended the court hearing via a video monitor.
He and twelve others face charges in the November death of Robert Champion.
Prosecutors say the 26-year-old died after being repeatedly hit and kicked during a hazing ritual.
Jackson is one of 11 charged with felony hazing resulting in death.
Two others face a single count of misdemeanor first-degree hazing.
