Moms-to-be may want to consider having a natural child birth whenever possible.
That's because a new study shows babies born by c-section may be at higher risk for developing childhood obesity.
Researchers at Boston Children's Hospital believe it boils down to the bacteria in a newborn's stomach.
They say there's a difference between that bacteria in babies born by C-Section, compared to natural birth.
However scientists say they must do more studies to confirm these findings.
